Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Hoist Operator to join our team on a busy construction site in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating the hoist to transport materials and personnel to various levels of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the hoist in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials
Carry out daily checks and maintenance of hoist equipment
Communicate clearly with site teams and follow instructions
Follow all site health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS Hoist Operator card
Previous experience operating a hoist on construction sites
Strong awareness of site safety procedures
Good communication and reliability
