Job Opportunity: Home Manager - Children's Residential Home in Derby 🌟
🔹 Location: Derby
🔹 Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum 💷
🔹 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week) 🕒

We are looking for an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) residential home, caring for up to five young people aged 10-18. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference every day!

Lead, inspire, and manage the children's home ensuring the highest standards of care 🧸
Support the physical, emotional, developmental, and social needs of young people 🧠💞
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards 2015, and the Statement of Purpose 📋
Work collaboratively with Derby City Council and external professionals 🤝
Manage challenging behaviours with compassion and expertise ⚖️What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience as a Registered Homes Manager or Deputy Manager
✅ NVQ Level 3 in Children's & Young People's Workforce or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
✅ Minimum 3 years' relevant residential care experience 🏥
✅ Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations, health & safety legislation, and safeguarding 🛡️
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) 🗣️✍️
✅ Full UK manual driving licence 🚗
✅ Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 operation 🕑
