Job Description
Delves Court is a 62 bedded nursing home situated in Walsall in the West Midlands.
Delves Court is a Specialist Nursing home spread across 3 floors all of which have a large lounge area with a lovely, homely feel.
Staff are trained in accordance with the needs of the service users in our care and a full person-centred care and support plan is created for each individual with involvement from the service user, staff, healthcare professionals and family members.
Highly skilled clinical staff with the ability to support a variety of individual needs including short- and long-term placements, respite and palliative care.
About the role
We are looking for a Registered Nursing Home Manager who is a qualified Nurse with an active NMC PIN who has experience within managing a Nursing home, CQC inspections and a knowledge of the running's of a care service.
What we need from you:
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a nursing home
