Home Manager - Residential Care Home (Castle Cary)
Salary: £46,000 per annum (£22.11 per hour) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Castle Cary. Our service currently holds a Good rating, with Outstanding in Caring, and we are looking for someone who can drive the home towards achieving an Outstanding overall rating at the next inspection.
About the Role
As Home Manager, you will:
Provide strong leadership and management to staff teams.
Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
Build on our existing strengths and lead continuous improvement.
Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals.
Maintain effective systems for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing a Good-rated care service.
