Nursing Home Manager

Holt, Norfolk (NR25)
Full-time | Competitive Salary around £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established service in Holt.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service improvement and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

The Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, ensuring the home operates effectively, safely, and in line with regulatory standards.

You will lead from the front, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a positive and inclusive working environment.

Nursing Home Manager Responsibilities:

  * Oversee the day-to-day running of the home

  * Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain inspection readiness

  * Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team

  * Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and financial performance

  * Drive quality improvement and implement robust governance systems

  * Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

  * Ensure safe medication management and clinical oversight

  * Manage recruitment, staffing levels, and rota planning

About You

  * Experienced Home Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up

  * NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) preferred

  * Proven track record of achieving and maintaining good CQC ratings

  * Strong leadership and team management skills

  * Sound knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards

  * Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and occupancy

  * Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
