Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, visible leadership to the care and nursing teams
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
Drive high-quality, person-centred care outcomes for all residents
Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated, skilled workforce
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable operations
Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
Lead on inspections and continuously improve service quality ratingsAbout You
Experienced Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
Nursing qualification with active registration (desirable/required depending on service)
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
Proven leadership ability with a compassionate, people-focused approach
Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills
