Meridian Business Support are working with one of the UK’s leading Private Healthcare providers to recruit a Home Manager for a luxury Residential care Home, based in the Seaton area of East Devon.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Private Healthcare providers in the UK as a Home Manager. The home provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs.

Key skills, duties and responsibilities
A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
Expertise in dementia care with a passion for delivering excellence
Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team.
Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees.
Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
Embedding the highest standards of careEducation and experience required
Experience managing a privately funded Care Home or Nursing Home
Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and ManagementAbout the company
