Care Home Manager - Nursing & Residential Care - North Humberside
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Location: Beverley, East Yorkshire
We are looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Care Home Manager to lead a large, well-established nursing and residential care home in Beverley, just outside Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader who can combine quality care delivery with strong business performance.

💷 Starting salary from £50,000, rising to £60,000 for the right candidate

Demonstrated success managing large nursing or residential care homes
Strong commercial focus - experienced in budget control, increasing occupancy, and improving profitability
Confident in marketing and promoting the home to drive referrals and bed sales
Excellent leadership and team management skills
No nursing qualification required - this role focuses on operations and business development

Overall responsibility for the running and performance of the home
Lead, develop, and support your staff team to deliver high-quality care
Promote the home locally and build strong professional relationships
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (CQC)
Drive occupancy and ensure financial targets are met
