Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus
Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established residential and dementia care home, providing high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The Role of Registered Home Manager:
As the Registered Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. Key duties include:
Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated care team.
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and driving continuous improvement.
Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
Managing budgets, occupancy, and resources to ensure financial sustainability.
Overseeing care standards, hospitality, and the overall environment of the home.
Working collaboratively with wider teams to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic leader who is:
Experienced as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting (minimum 3 years).
Skilled in dementia care with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
Strong in leadership, able to inspire, support, and guide staff.
Knowledgeable in safeguarding, compliance, and CQC standards.
Commercially aware with experience in budget management and occupancy growth.
Passionate, resilient, and confident with excellent communication skills.
