Dementia specialist
Hampshire, Waterlooville
up to £100kpa
Bright Selection is a delighted to be recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead a large dementia specialist care home in Hampshire.
The home is well staffed and highly regarded in the area achieving Good CQC outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a visible leader with strong operational expertise. Supported by a large and highly skilled and dedication staff team the incoming manager will inherit a stable foundation from which to continue driving quality and positive outcomes for people living with dementia and other neurological conditions.
Requirements
Proven experience managing large, complex care services
Strong leadership, presence, and visibility within a service
Excellent operational and commercial skills
Open to applications from both clinical and non-clinical managers
A passion for person-centred care and the ability to inspire teams
Salary and benefits
Salary up to £100kpa + excellent benefits
33 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
Strong support from an experienced senior executive team
