Salary: £48,000 – £58,000 base DOE + Quarterly Bonus | Up to £70K OTE package

We’re working with a values-led, incredible "People First" care provider to find a Registered Home Manager who’s ready to take the reins of a well-supported nursing and care home in the Sleaford area. What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as a Registered Manager (6+ months) or Deputy Manager (2+ years)

* Strong communication and time management skills
* Living within 30 minutes of Sleaford and comfortable with digital tools
