Home Manager LD – Saundersfoot (Pembrokeshire) 3 Service Users with Learning Disability / Autism Full-time | 38 hours per week Salary: £33,949 – £36,071 (neg) Are you ready to take the next step in your health and social care career — or are you an experienced manager looking for a new and meaningful challenge? We’re looking for a compassionate, committed, and confident Home Manager to lead the team in Saundersfoot. This is a wonderful residential home for adults with complex needs associated with autism, located in the beautiful coastal village of Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. Your responsibilities as a Home Manager will include: * Managing staff and leading by example. * Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all regulations and best practice. * Overseeing risk management, safeguarding, and any concerns or complaints. * Working closely with families, external professionals, and regulators. * Keeping everything on track with regular reports and home improvement planning. What We’re Looking For: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults). * Previous experience in a management/deputy role within a similar setting. * A solid understanding of autism and complex needs. * Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development. * Great communication and organisational skills. * If you're passionate about high-quality care and ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you
