Are you an experienced Home Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity in a well-established, supportive, and high-performing care environment? We are currently looking for a dedicated Home Manager to lead a medium-sized care home in Newcastle, Staffordshire, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving exceptional outcomes for residents.
As the Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will lead by example, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver person-centred care that truly enhances the quality of life for every resident. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as you will be managing budgets, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the home consistently meets and exceeds CQC standards.
The ideal Home Manager will have a proven track record in managing a successful care home, with a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and governance. You will be confident in managing staff performance, implementing quality improvement plans, and building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, alongside excellent support from a proactive senior management team.
