Salary: £60,000 per annum, Plus £2,000 Welcome bonus

We are proud to be working with a highly regarded care provider seeking a Home Manager for a modern, purpose-built residential and dementia care service in Newark-on-Trent. The home is well-invested, rated Good by CQC and enjoys a strong reputation for high-quality care and staff development.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and values-driven Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and continue the home’s success, while benefiting from the extensive rewards and support of a forward-thinking provider.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and day-to-day management of a 60+ bedded residential and dementia care service.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance across the home.
* Inspire and support staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
* Drive occupancy and financial performance whilst prioritising resident well-being.
* Maintain strong relationships with CQC, local authorities, healthcare partners, residents, and families.
* Report to senior operational leaders, with autonomy at home level and structured regional support.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly residential or dementia care.
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and governance frameworks.
* Proven track record of maintaining occupancy, managing budgets, and leading teams.
* A visible, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Rated Good by the CQC following the most recent inspection in September 2024.

Location
The role is based in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, and is commutable from: Nottingham, Mansfield, Lincoln, Grantham, Worksop, Retford, Chesterfield, Loughborough, Derby, and surrounding areas.
