Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Officer on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Home Ownership Officer:
Manage relationships with leaseholders and shared owners
Act as the first point of contact for home ownership residents
Resolve disputes and complaints related to service charges, maintenance or neighbourhood issues
Work with finance teams to resolve arrears
Process deeds of variation, landlord consents and lease extensionsEssential Requirements of the Home Ownership Officer:
