Job Description
Pro-Drive Recruitment are currently seeking a Van Driver / Porter to join our client’s friendly and professional team based in Stone, Staffordshire.
About the Role:
This varied role involves supporting residential and commercial removals, home deliveries, and occasional warehouse duties. While this is a driving position, a significant part of the job will involve the manual handling, loading, and unloading of vehicles. You’ll be responsible for handling all items with care, using the correct equipment and protection at all times.
The role includes driving a 3.5-tonne Luton van, carrying out moves across the local area and, on occasion, longer-distance relocations within the UK. Some overnight stays may be required, with hotel accommodation and expenses covered.
Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential)
*
Previous experience in removals or home deliveries (preferred)
*
Good customer service and communication skills
*
Reliable, punctual, and presentable (uniform provided)
*
Willingness to learn – full training will be provided
Desirable:

CSCS card
*
Experience using moving or lifting equipment
