Working broadly in line with Assertive Move On Job Description, the successful candidate for this role will focus predominantly on moving single people who are in temporary accommodation into longer term housing. This could include accommodation with a Housing Association or Private Landlord.
The post is primarily based at the Central Library Museum, potentially requiring visits to accommodation, with some home working.
