Salary – Dependent on Experience
Location: Lincoln
Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

Are you a skilled Horticultural Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We are working on behalf of a leading agricultural and ground care company in the Lincoln area to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to join their dedicated service team.
About this Horticultural Engineer Role:
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of horticultural and ground care equipment
Working with both small and large machinery (e.g., ride-on mowers, compact tractors, handheld tools)
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard
Ensuring all equipment is serviced efficiently and safely
Supporting customers with technical advice and service updates
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Horticultural, Agricultural, or Ground Care Engineer
Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrics, and mechanical systems
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ or equivalent qualification in Land-Based Engineering (preferred)
