What you'll be doing: As Horticultural Manager, you'll take full ownership of the plant area - leading from the front to deliver excellence in product quality, presentation, and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing the plant area to deliver strong sales and exceptional retail standards. Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team within a wider garden centre operation. Taking ownership of stock control, ordering, and replenishment to meet seasonal demand. Providing expert horticultural advice and outstanding service to customers. Working closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities and improve overall performance. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
