What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage the pharmacy department, ensuring safe and effective medicines management.
* Provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
* Oversee compliance with relevant legislation and national guidelines, driving continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise prescribing practices and patient outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist with substantial post-registration experience.
* Proven leadership experience in a hospital setting, NHS or private.
* Strong knowledge of medicines legislation, clinical standards, and governance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
