Job Title: Hospitality Apprenticeship Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Teaching/Training qualification(s)
Location: Home and Field based covering the East Midlands
Salary: £29,100 - £31,200 - salary dependent on qualifications

Full training and support will be given to unqualified Assessor candidates.
Essential Criteria:
Must have both Front and Back of House occupational competency as follows;
Must have experience of working as a Chef, up to Kitchen Lead / Chef de Partie level. Must also be able to demonstrate experience of cooking meals from scratch (Gastro)
Must also have experience of working as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a Pub or Restaurant setting.
Highly desirable; Hotel operations experience - reception front of house, housekeeping etc
Experience of delivering staff training is highly desirable.
Ideally hold own NVQ in Hospitality or Cooking related qualification
Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle, must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality (Front and Back of House specialisms).
Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/face-to-face delivery).
Delivering Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Please note:
