Hospitality Host/Hostess - Sports Industry 🌟 -
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our client's VIP Hospitality team as a Hospitality Host/Hostess. If you thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment and enjoy engaging with people, then this role is perfect for you!
🏟️ As part of their team, you will work within the VIP/Hospitality sections of the stadium, providing excellent service to club guests and ensuring their experience is truly memorable. Your main responsibilities will include serving food and beverage items, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness, and assisting with any guest inquiries.
💼 Key Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A positive and friendly attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Availability to work on a part-time basis, including evenings and weekends. Why join their team?
