About the Role:
We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Hospitality Manager to lead and elevate the guest experience within a prestigious corporate environment in central London.
This role is perfectly suited to individuals from a Michelin-starred restaurant or luxury five-star hotel background, where service, attention to detail, and delivering memorable experiences are second nature. You will bring that same level of refinement and excellence into a Monday–Friday role, ensuring clients, visitors, and staff receive nothing short of five-star hospitality every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a front-of-house and hospitality team, instilling five-star service standards in every interaction.
* Oversee daily operations including reception, meeting rooms, events, and catering services.
* Anticipate client and guest needs, creating seamless and memorable experiences.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan events, business functions, and high-profile meetings.
* Uphold meticulous attention to detail in presentation, service, and delivery standards.
* Manage budgets, suppliers, and operational processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver consistently exceptional service.
About You
* Proven leadership experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or five-star luxury hotel environment.
* A natural host with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* A perfectionist when it comes to presentation, standards, and service delivery.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues with discretion.
* Experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
* A hands-on leader who inspires and develops their team.
* Enthusiastic about transferring high-end hospitality expertise into a corporate Monday–Friday setting.
