Job Description
Our client are looking for a friendly and professional Night Manager to join the team at a beautiful hotel and events venue near Wokingham, Berkshire.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel during the night — ensuring guests enjoy a warm, memorable stay while keeping the property secure and spotless. You’ll also assist with overnight administration, room setups, and guest requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a personalised, professional service and ensure every guest feels valued.
* Maintain security and complete regular night checks throughout the property.
* Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries efficiently.
* Prepare and deliver night menu and drinks service as required.
* Complete daily reports and accurate handovers for the morning team.
* Set up meeting and dining rooms to the required standards.
* Keep public areas clean, tidy, and ready for the day ahead.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a similar hospitality role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reliable, organised, and professional.
* Experience with Opera PMS preferred (training available).
