Inbound Call Centre Advisor
Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
£23,809 + Company Bonus

You will be managing your own workload, whilst using your excellent written and verbal communication skills by responding to written correspondence and providing advice to customers in a timely manner.
Call Centre Advisor Responsibilities:
* You’ll be responding to written correspondence in relation to general queries.
* Answering inbound telephone calls.
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
* Priorities a busy work load
Call Centre Advisor Requirements:
* Customer Service/Administration experience
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Problem solving and decision-making abilities
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail
* The ability to work quickly and accurately
* Sound IT skills – using Outlook, Excel, and Word
