Hot Forge setter/operator
Leicester LE19
Monday - Thursday 14:30-00:30
Salary £14.30 DOE (£16.80 with shift allowance)
Permanent - Full Time
We are looking for experienced hot forge setter/operator who can be left alone to get the job done. This is working for a well-established busy engineering company in a clean and relaxed environment.
What you will be doing
Set/operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances
Support in slitting and shotblasting
Train on all machines
Self-certification of personal work
Keep computer files/paperwork accurate/up to date
Actively take part in continuous improvement teams
Housekeeping - to the highest standardsTo be considered
Experience on hot press, slitter and shot blasting (required)
Hot forging experience (preferred)
Power press training (preferred)
