Hotel Manager – Norwich City Centre
Full-Time | £32,000 – £35,000 | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a small hotel located in the heart of Norwich city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while efficiently managing a small, close-knit team.

The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  * Overseeing daily hotel operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and guest services

  * Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring an excellent guest experience

  * Managing bookings, occupancy levels, and revenue performance

  * Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team

  * Handling guest queries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly

  * Managing rotas, staffing levels, and recruitment where required

  * Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met

  * Monitoring budgets, costs, and general financial performance

  * Maintaining the overall presentation and standards of the hotel

What We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in a Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager role

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

  * A hands-on approach with a proactive attitude

  * Excellent communication and customer service skills

  * Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

  * Good understanding of hotel systems, bookings, and operations

  * Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets

  * Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
