An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive House Manager / Personal Assistant to join a private estate in Egham. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration, accounting, and Microsoft Office, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide comprehensive admin support across all estate departments
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external service providers
Maintain staff records, contracts, and documentation via Safe HR (currently managing 22 staff)Accounting & Financial Oversight
Handle day-to-day financial admin including invoicing, petty cash, and expenses
Support budget preparation and liaise with external accountants
Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and vendor paymentsTechnology & Systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel: Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis
Outlook: Calendar and email management
Word & PowerPoint: Document and presentation creation
Teams & SharePoint: Collaboration and file sharing
Candidate Requirements:
Strong accounting or financial admin background
Highly organised, discreet, and trustworthy
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and adaptable, especially during peak periods
