Job Description
Avalon is currently supporting a Derbyshire-based Housing Association in need of a Housing Administrator.
The Opportunity:
My client in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Housing Administrator on an interim, ongoing basis. The desired individual shall be immediately available to interview and start, and have a strong Housing Administration background.
The successful candidate will:
* Be efficient in delivering administrative duties; taking calls, passing over information, discussing accounts with clients ect
* Support Mutual Exchanges on an administrative basis
* Engage with other teams when necessary to pass over relevant information
* Be IT literate, prefferablly aware of system use such as Orchard
* Comply with GDPR requirements and other polices on maintaining personal information and client confidentiality
* Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
Further information:
* Interviews to commence ASAP
* Interim - Ongoing position
* £16.00-£16.50 per hour via Umbrella
* Full-time working pattern – 37.5 hours
* Office based
Requirements:
* Basic DBS dated within the last 3 years / on the update service
* Strong administrative expereince within a Social Housing setting
