Solicitor – Social Housing / Property | 3-Month Locum
A leading housing organisation is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its in-house Legal Services team on a 3-month locum basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with social housing, housing management and property litigation experience to join a supportive team and make an immediate impact.
The role will cover:
* Housing management and landlord & tenant
* Possession proceedings and disrepair
* Injunctions and access issues
* Leasehold and service charge disputes
* Property agreements, licences and deeds
* Court and tribunal advocacy
* Practical legal advice to senior stakeholders
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate
* Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
* Strong social housing / housing management experience
* Confident managing a varied caseload independently
* Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and handling advocacy
