Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Housing Manager to join their Housing Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality housing management services across a varied portfolio, including general needs housing, supported accommodation, and intensive management schemes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Lead and inspire a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Oversee tenancy management, income collection, allocations, voids, and estate services
Work collaboratively with customers and partners to deliver person-centred services
Embrace innovation and adapt to a dynamic environment
Apply a problem-solving mindset with resilience and empathy
Champion regulatory compliance, value for money, and service excellence
