Housing Officer
Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Temporary contract - likey duration of 6 months
Up to £27.00 per hour
Think Recruitment are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a busy and supportive Housing team on a temporary basis.
This role will focus on providing a high-quality housing management service to tenants, ensuring that residents receive effective support and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a patch of properties and maintaining strong relationships with tenants
Responding promptly to tenancy issues, complaints, and breaches
Supporting residents with rent arrears, ASB cases, and tenancy sustainment
Carrying out estate inspections and identifying areas for improvemenRequirements:
Previous experience in a Housing Officer role in a Housing Association or Local Authority setting
Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and best practice
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseloadIf you are a confident housing professional with the ability to hit the ground running on a temporary assignment
