Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Housing Officer for a temporary contract in leicester.

Pay Rate: £25-£27 per hour via umbrella
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: leicester (Hybrid work arrangement)
Key Responsibilities as a Housing Officer:
Provide comprehensive housing and estate management services
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners
Ensure proactive management of estate and tenancy issues
Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to maintain safe and secure homes
Promote and facilitate community events to improve customer outcomes
Address anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively
Support customers with tenancy-related queries and change
Housing Officer Requirements:
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building constructive relationships
previous experience in a front facing tenant role
Basic DBS clearance
Full UK driving license
