Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Officer to join their team in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and allocate council housing properties
Monitor introductory tenancies and attend court when necessary
Deal with breaches of tenancy agreements effectively
Promote tenant participation in community initiatives
Collaborate with other services and external agencies as neededBenefits:

Previous experience as a Housing Officer
