Job Description

The interview will be held via MS Teams. This is a Housing Options Triage and Support role for an initial 3 months with a view to extend for the right candidate. Part of the role is to be the first point of contact for customers seeking housing advice via telephone, email or in person. To undertake an initial assessment of the customer’s needs and circumstances, book housing assessments, signpost them to other organisations as appropriate. Obtain information and documentation to process the housing register application and award housing points. The successful candidate must be able to work from the office at least twice per week.
