An experienced housing professional to join our Housing Income team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates at different stages of their careers, whether you're an experienced Tenancy Officer, Housing & Income Officer or Tenancy Sustainment Officer looking to develop your income recovery expertise, or an established Rent Officer experienced in managing arrears cases through the court process.
You'll play a key role in helping residents maintain successful tenancies through early intervention, income maximisation advice, tenancy sustainment support and effective rent recovery.
