Job Title
Housing Quality and Standards Manager
Knowledge
* Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing
* Detailed knowledge of the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing for council landlords
* Understanding of the legal framework for housing casework, including the Social Housing and Local Government Ombudsman and the ICO
Skills and Abilities
* Ability to build connections and work confidently with a wide range of people, with drive and tenacity to push projects forward in complex environments
* Strong analytical skills, for understanding systems and policies and drawing conclusions and recommendations
* Strong writing skills for difference audiences, including officers and residents
* Good presentation skills, for speaking in meetings inside and outside RBG
* Ability to use Microsoft Dynamics and/or PowerBI
Experience
* Experience of delivering service improvement projects which led to measurable change in a large organisation
* Operational experience of housing delivery, for a council or a registered provider
* Experience of delivering or supporting with casework for a council or another public sector organisationBefore You Apply
