Job Description

What you’ll do
* Daily well being checks & quick follow-ups
* Provide support plans, telecare tests & light audits
* Team up with services to solve problems fast
* Welcome new residents and complete inductions.
* Work with colleagues and agencies to help residents with issues such as health, behaviour, or tenancy problems.
* Keep tidy, GDPR-friendly notes on the housing system
* Host the odd coffee morning and jump on urgent issues
* Report and follow up on repairs, health & safety checks, or emergencies.
* Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent situations.
You’ll bring
* Housing/support or community work experience
* Safeguarding & H&S awareness (and calm under pressure)
* Empathy, great communication, solid judgement when lone-working
* HMS/IT confidence
* DBS: Basic/Enhanced may be required (we’ll help)
Helpful extras
* Cheltenham
* Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm
* Temporary (4 weeks with the possibility to extend)
* Holds a full clean driving license
