Conduct risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and support planning with individuals who require housing support.
Advocate on behalf of clients with external agencies.
Address housing-related issues, improve quality of life, and promote independence.
Co-create and review support plans with service users, ensuring individual needs and goals are met.What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience in housing support, social work, or related fields.
Knowledge of housing legislation, benefits, and support services.
Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What you'll get in return
This role is based in Stafford, working on site, 37 hours per week. Pay is £13.68 per hour.
