Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement person-centred support plans for Residents (ex-offenders).
Conduct regular meetings with Residents to discuss their support needs and goals.
Complete Support and Safety Plans to ensure wellbeing and risk management.
Collaborate with Community Probation Practitioners and Court Staff to coordinate support.
Assist Residents in:
Applying for Housing Benefits
Managing rent payments
Accessing additional local services
Carry out property checks to ensure accommodation is:
Clean and well-maintained
Free from hazards or safety issues
Compliant with housing standards
Report and follow up on any required repairs or maintenance issues.
Manage a caseload of allocated properties, working within a wider regional team.
Must have access to a personal vehicle with business insurance to carry out property visits.
