Job Description
We are now recruiting for a Housing Support Worker based in the Wirral. This role offers competitive hourly rates ranging from £16.00 to £18.50 an hour. This is a temp position with full-time working hours (37.5 hours) from Monday to Friday.
Your new role
Manage housing tasks including rent arrears, tenancy breaches, and health & safety checks to ensure smooth tenancy operations.
Carry out property inspections and coordinate access for repairs to keep homes well maintained.
Work closely with tenants and support partners to provide personalised tenancy support.
Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns and anti-social behaviour incidents.
Support Housing Benefit processes and liaise with finance as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar housing/tenancy support role.
Good knowledge of housing legislation.
Full driving licence and valid business insurance.
Basic DBS required.
