Supported Housing Worker - Bristol
Salary: £25,235 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
We're looking for a Supported Housing Worker to help people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire maintain safe housing and improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage referrals and assess client needs
Support with benefits, budgeting, and tenancy issues
Work with partner agencies and volunteers to create support plans
Keep clear and accurate records
Visit housing sites and attend community meetingsWhat You'll Need:
