You will provide essential administrative support to the team, including managing the shared inbox and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Acting as the primary contact for finance and accounts payable, you will handle queries relating to invoices and rates.
In this role, you will also develop and maintain strong working relationships with the offshore HR transactions team, serving as their main point of contact. At times, you will support Recruitment Advisors with the full recruitment cycle, including candidate onboarding in Workday, coordinating interviews, and assisting with CV shortlisting.
To be successful, you will need excellent communication skills, proven experience with HR/ATS systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
