The Role:
You’ll work closely with the HR Officer to provide confidential and accurate administrative support across HR functions. From onboarding new starters to maintaining records, preparing documentation, updating systems, and organising events, no two days are the same. Strong organisation, discretion, and a positive, proactive mindset are essential.
About You:
You’ll have at least 2 years’ admin experience and be confident handling sensitive information. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are key. An admin qualification (Level 2 or above) is desirable, and you must be eligible for SC-level security clearance.
