Job Description

HR Administrator / Coordinator Location: Rickmansworth (Office-Based) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: 5 months contract (with potential to extend) Working Hours: Full-time   About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator/Coordinator to join our client’s team on an immediate basis. This is a key support role within a busy and fast-paced HR function, providing high-quality administrative assistance across a wide range of HR activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with prior experience in a HR team and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.   Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Respond to various HR-related queries across the business in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and manage the shared HR inbox, ensuring emails are prioritised and actioned appropriately. Support the delivery of business change programmes such as TUPE transfers, redundancies, and restructures, owning relevant HR processes end-to-end. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information on internal HR systems. Assist in the coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.Skills & Experience Required Prior experience in a Human Resources administrative or coordinator role. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in industries such as  construction or engineering is desirable. Confident working independently and using initiative with minimal supervision. A team player who thrives in small, collaborative teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong IT skills, including MS Office (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word).  People Group is an equal opportunity employer.
