Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Administrator? Would you like to work within the nuclear industry? Then this may be a great opportunity for you! What will you be doing? • You will be handling day-to-day HR administration and provide basic advice to managers across areas like onboarding, leavers, absence, learning and development and recruitment, • Keeping HR records, systems and personnel files accurate and up to date, • Supporting the HRBP and senior team with monthly people reports, • Assisting with employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance and capability cases and carrying out exit interviews when needed, • Help with HR and business projects. Where will you be doing it? • Our client operates in the nuclear and defence sector and was founded over 50 years ago. What you'll need: • Ideally CIPD qualified or a L&D qualification, • Previously worked as a HR administration, • Experience with SAP employee central is desirable, • Experience within a manufacturing or aerospace environment is also desirable.
