We are delighted to be working with a well established and reputable business in Banbury who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to work as a key member within the team, assisting with HR tasks, updating databases and ensuring all compliance is up to date and GDPR guidelines are being followed.
As the HR Administrator, you will be working a full time 35 hours a week, within a temporary contract until the end of January 2026, with the potential to go permanent within a fully office based setting.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Updating HR Systems
. Conducting initial interviews with candidates
. Note taking for meetings/interviews
. Dealing with GDPR and compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
. Experience or interest in HR is preferred
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. Effective communication skills
