We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in HR, while playing a pivotal part in shaping a positive work environment for employees. In this varied role, you'll be responsible for managing key HR processes, supporting our payroll and benefits systems, and helping to build a strong and collaborative company culture.
This role is based in Glasgow, working in the office 5 days per week, due to the location, a driving licence and own car would be preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As HR Administrator, you'll take on a wide range of responsibilities across the HR function, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll assist with the administration of HR systems, support the payroll process, coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, and provide vital HR support to the team. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will help us maintain accurate employee records and ensure we meet all compliance requirements.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Assisting with the implementation of the People Strategy, helping drive initiatives that align with our business goals.

Supporting employee wellbeing and culture-building activities, ensuring our core values are evident in everything we do.

Managing the full onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions.

Handling payroll and benefits administration, keeping all employee data up-to-date and compliant.

Preparing HR reports and managing employee data within the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HR administrative role, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting employees. You’ll be a strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to contribute to a great company culture. Experience in payroll, benefits, and HR systems would be highly advantageous, but most importantly, you’ll be proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role.

Knowledge of HR processes and systems, with the ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
