What you NEED:
Experience of working within a HR function or HR systems environment
Strong HRIS or HR data administration experience
Proficiency in Excel (advanced level – pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Role & Responsibilities:
Support and maintain HR systems and data integrity
Assist with system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting
Generate and maintain HR dashboards and analytical reports
Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to enhance system functionality and user experience
Deliver training and user support for HR system processes
Ensure compliance, security, and accuracy across all HR data activities
Contribute to organisational change projects through data-driven insights
