We are working in partnership with our client to recruit a proactive and detail-focused HR Administrator to join their established team. In this role, you will provide a flexible, effective, and efficient HR administration service, supporting colleagues and managers across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Process employee personal details, contract changes, leavers, and absence records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
Manage and update the in-house HR system
Support colleagues with sickness and absence management
Provide general administrative support to the HR function Candidate Requirements:
Previous HR administration experience is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with a methodical approach
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Access to your own transport is beneficial due to the client's location Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
